I am pastry artistry based in the vibrant city of Dubai. With an extensive background in the culinary field spanning over seven years, I have dedicated myself to the craft of distinctive and innovative desserts that expertly blend the realms of art and flavor. Since embarking on my journey in the pastry industry in 2017, I have continually refined my and techniques to develop desserts that not only engage the palate but also provide a visual feast for the eyes. My creations are characterized by a harmonious balance of various textures and the use of unique ingredients, including the delicate infusion of flowers and aromatic. I invite you to embark on this culinary journey with me, where passion and creativity shine through in every exquisite creation, promising a delightful experience for all dessert enthusiasts.

Pastry is a fundamental aspect of who I am, My journey started when I was just 8, joyfully assisting my grandmother in baking cakes, which sparked my profound love for this art. While I initially considered a career in law for its lucrative nature, my heart also beats for music and fashion design. Now, I’m excitedly exploring these passions to find the path that truly aligns with my spirit!​my childhood, specifically between the ages of 7 and 12, I thrived in math and even had the thrilling opportunity to win multiple competitions! However, as I transitioned into my teenage years, my enthusiasm for learning started to diminish, and I became increasingly frustrated with the thought of studying. My parents, who believed that being a chef wasn't a legitimate profession, never supported my aspiration to pursue a career in the culinary arts, thinking that cooking required little education. Nevertheless, I was resolute in following my passion, so I took the bold step of registering for culinary arts on my own. I was to embark on this new journey and prove that I could achieve success in this field!​


​In early 2017, I commenced my career in the culinary field, where I faced the demands of a high-pressure environment., I made the decision to transition into pastry, motivated by my appreciation for the arts, despite not having a strong passion for it at the time. A few years later, I had the privilege of working alongside Chef Ryan Harris, a highly skilled pastry consultant at my restaurant. His expertise inspired me to dedicate myself to mastering various techniques and skills, with the ambition of one day becoming a pastry consultant like him.

H'm thrilled to share my incredible journey in the culinary world! After making the bold decision to switch my career path, I landed a fantastic opportunity at a French restaurant, and it has been nothing short of amazing. Working alongside the talented Nicolas Bachyere has been a game changer for me His mentorship opened up a whole new world of French patisserie, sparking a passion I never knew I had. I dove headfirst into learning and devoured countless books on the art of pastry. Today, I'm more excited than ever to refine my skills and expand my knowledge, fully dedicated to mastering this delicious craft that has truly captured my heart!
